Ebony Lane joined INVC as the Victim Services Supervisor. She was born and raised in the Back of the Yards community and is passionate about supporting and improving the lives of the people in the community from which she came. She witnessed and experienced violence firsthand with the loss of her father and understands the aid and support that is needed after such a trauma. She has experience working in the community with people who have been victims of violence. Ebony previously worked for a real estate tech company in which she helped open the Chicago Market. She has also been a specialized foster parent for 7 years and is married with 4 children.
